Central University (Banaras Hindu University) PhD admission alert!

The Central University Banaras Hindu University will soon publish the PhD notification for the academic year 2024-25, and the last date for application will be October 30 (Tentative). The university usually conducts PhD admissions under two categories:
Category I - This is through the Research Entrance Test mode, where candidates need to first appear for a written exam, followed by an interview after successfully clearing the written paper.
Category II - Research Test Exempted Mode, where the candidate needs to appear for the interview with an exemption from the written exam.
The university also mentioned that candidates willing to apply for the PhD should have appeared in the UGC/CSIR NET examination of June 2024. Earlier NET exam scores will not be considered for admission. The detailed Ph.D. Admission Information Bulletin 2024 shall be released on bhu.ac.in in due course on the website of Banaras Hindu University.
